Antique Circa 1880 keyless open face pocket watch. Hampden Watch Co. Canton, Ohio. U.S.A. Safety Pinion. 1649099. Gold plated engraved and embossed case with screwed back cover and bezel. The glass has 1 small cuff, see photos. The hand adjustment lever at 2 under the bezel. Lever escapement with Teske's patented regulator. The movement has been run and tested, over 24 hours it lost 1 minute, it stopped after 40 hours. A perfect gift or addition to any collection.
