Australian-born Stuart Devlin (b. 1931) is widely regarded as an influential silversmith, jeweller, and coinage designer. After establishing his London studio in 1965, he went on to design coinage for thirty-six countries worldwide and later served as Prime Warden of the Goldsmiths’ Company from 1996–1997, as well as Postgraduate Programme Director at the Goldsmiths’ Centre.
