Small Antique French Repeating Carriage Clock Soldano of Paris, Circa 1880
Gilt brass Gorge case with bevelled glass. 8-Day movement, striking the hour, the half hour and can repeating the hours at will via the repeat button on top. Enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and blued steel hands. Complete with a double ended key for winding and adjustment.
Movement numbered "4475" and "394", The silvered lever platform escapement numbered "394" and marked "J. S." The bottom plate numbered "394" underneath.
