Small antique silver pair cased verge pocket watch, Elizabeth Tope London 1816. Working and complete but runs a bit fast.
The gilt fusee movement signed and dated 1816, numbered 656. White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and steel hands, enclosed under a bulls eye, domed glass. The dial has some fine hairline marks. Verge fusee movement with pierced and engraved balance cock and cylindrical pillars. The outer case 52mm diameter and 22.5 thick. Both cases with the London hallmark for 1815 and the case makers mark WIH. There is an old watchmakers repair label in the outer case for a Plymouth maker. A perfect gift or addition to any collection.
