Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice)
Buying a gift? We’re happy to offer an extended return period—please arrange this with us at the time of purchase.
Free Returns? For high value items sent via FedEx we may offer a prepaid return slip—please arrange this with us at the time of purchase.
Bespoke & Personalised Items
Custom-made and personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. If you need a flexible return option for these items, this must be arranged at the time of purchase.
